Action Eviction Service was started in 1986 due to a growing need for a fast reliable eviction service in the High Desert. Now over 35 years later we have been able to create a name that people trust. Here at Action Eviction Service we pride ourselves on honesty and integrity which gives each client the peace of mind that their evictions will be processed in a timely manner and done right. We file on behalf of landlords with an Unlawful Detainer Assistant License. We are not attorneys but we partner with attorneys if you elect to have an attorney appear for you in court.
